Returns & Refund

 

1. What items can I return?

What is most important to us is that shopping with www.australiadvdboxset.com is a simple, "hassle-free" process. If you need to return an item, we want to make sure you know what you can return and how to do it.

Unwanted Items

You may return any unopened item, within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund you in full once we have received the item.
Note: Unwanted items that are returned must remain in their original condition, unopened, unused and with any seals or shrink-wrap intact.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty when you try to play it, contact us immediately and we will replace it or refund you as your wish.

2. How do I return unwanted items ?

The easiest way to request a return or request a replacement is to use our return request system which is in "My Account" section.

Log into your account, Click "My Account" on the top left of any page, then click "Return Requests", click "Completed Orders" if you have more than one order, then click the yellow button "Return Items". Select "qty for return" for those items that you wish to return, "Return Reason"and "Return Action" from the dropdown menus, then put details of the problems or reason for return and click button "Submit return request".

You will be given a return address and once the supplier receives your returns, they will refund you. We are not able to refund you in advance and we are not be able to pay you postage in advance.

3. Complaints

In the event that we fail to satisfy you with either our products or services, we promise to correct the situation. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are anything short of delighted with our service, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can normally sort out a complaint in a few days.

4. Order cancellation.

 You can cancel your order before we dispatch it. 15%-20% of your order total will be charged by the 3rd party payment gateway and this commission is charged on per order base, therefore, non-refundable. Please make sure that you want the order before you complete the payment.
